With only 32 starting QBs in the league and two roster slots demanding the position, the gap between QB12 and QB18 is now wider than the gap between WR12 and WR30. If you're rebuilding, target QB1-class assets aggressively. If you're contending, the tier-3 QBs are where smart trades get made.

Tiers, briefly
Tier 1 (QB1–QB4) are the cornerstone assets. If you are not contending right now, only trade these for a return that includes a top-3 rookie pick plus a young WR1.
Tier 2 (QB5–QB8) is your contender tier. These QBs are good enough to start a championship roster around — but young enough to also hold dynasty equity. Buy them when the owner is panicking after a 2-3 start.
Tier 3 (QB9–QB15) is the leverage tier. This is where you sell the high — Burrow's health spikes, the rookie QB hot streak — and buy back when the price drops 25%. The tier-3 spread inside any 4-week window is the widest in dynasty.
